- অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর আমরা ফোন বা WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি।
💵 মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- সকল পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় প্রদর্শিত হয়।
- মূল্য ও অফার যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তনযোগ্য।
- আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, bKash ও Rocket এবং Bank এ পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
🚚 ডেলিভারি
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২৪–৩৬ ঘণ্টা , ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়
- ডেলিভারি সময় ও চার্জ লোকেশন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- অনিবার্য কারণ (প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারি ছুটি, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা) এ ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।

- রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

💳 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, and Rocket payments.
🚚 Delivery
- Delivery is completed within Dhaka: 24–36 hours, Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days.
- Delivery time and charges depend on the customer’s location.
- Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances such as holidays or courier issues.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
